Executive Director

Megan Bowers, ACC, is a thoughtful, heart-centered leader passionate about personal development, community impact, and the transformative potential of psychedelic medicine. Her journey with the Shulgins began over twenty-five years ago, when TiHKAL and PiHKAL sparked her curiosity as a young inner-space explorer. The Shulgin legacy of courageous inquiry, experimentation, and compassionate community inspired Megan’s love of experience design and her career in creating transformative programs supported by strong strategic systems.

With a rich background in executive leadership, business and program development, and psychedelically informed coaching, Megan brings mission-forward thinking and a human-centered approach to every initiative. She studied at San Francisco State University and holds multiple certifications from the International Coaching Federation and the International Enneagram Association, with continued education in leadership, DEI, and organizational development.
