Wendy Tucker
Board Chair
Wendy Tucker is Ann Shulgin’s daughter. She worked for many years with Sasha, doing research, working with him in the lab, and running Transform Press. She is an artist like her mother, husband, and daughter, owns Transform Press, and manages a chiropractic office. She has spearheaded the effort to preserve the farm, the home of Sasha and Ann and the location of the historic lab, and has created the nonprofit, “Shulgin Farm.”
Mariavittoria Mangini
Board Member
Mariavittoria Mangini, PhD, FNP has written extensively on the impact of psychedelic experiences in shaping the lives of her contemporaries and has worked closely with many of the most distinguished investigators in this field. She is one of the founders of the Women’s Visionary Council, a nonprofit organization that supports investigations into non-ordinary forms of consciousness and organizes gatherings of researchers, healers, artists, and activists whose work explores these states. She is a visiting scholar at the Berkeley Center for the Science of Psychedelics, and Professor Emerita in the School of Science, Allied Health, and Nursing at Holy Names University. For the last 50 years, she has been a part of the Hog Farm, a well-known communal family based in Berkeley and in Laytonville, California.

Keeper Trout
Board Member
Keeper Trout is an author and archivist living in Northern California. Trout has published 11 books and numerous articles: mostly on psychedelic plants and drugs. He has also been a presenter at numerous conferences and festivals. Keeper Trout has been working to digitize Sasha Shulgin’s archives since late in 2015 and in that process has been collaborating with Transform Press and Erowid to bring this material to the public. Trout is also presently serving as Acting President of the Cactus Conservation Institute and is engaged with several writing and editing projects for that organization. Noelle Armstrong
Programs Director
Noelle Armstrong is a poet and editor based in Oakland, CA. She works as the Programs Director at the Shulgin Foundation and serves as an Acquisitions Editor at New World Library, a publisher of world changing books for nearly fifty years. She is the host of Mellow Drama, a Dublab radio show for listeners of poetry, and serves as the Poetry Editor of DoubleBlind Magazine. She walks in the woods any chance she gets.
Brad Burge
Communications Consultant
Brad Burge is the founder of Integration Communications, a specialized PR firm established in 2020 that helps psychedelic organizations communicate effectively while upholding scientific integrity and ethical principles. With 16 years of experience in the psychedelic field, Brad previously served as Director of Strategic Communications for MAPS, where he played a pivotal role in reshaping cultural narratives around psychedelics as legitimate tools. Brad holds a B.A. in Communication and Psychology from Stanford University and an M.A. in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. His expertise spans public relations, marketing, and communications for pharmaceutical developers, therapy training companies, clinics, retreats, and non-profits in the psychedelic industry.
Jonas Di Gregorio
Development Director
Jonas Di Gregorio is passionate about connecting people with great organizations and projects in the psychedelic space. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from La Sapienza University of Rome and a specialization in Fundraising and Development from UC Davis. Jonas read PiHKAL and TiHKAL by Ann and Sasha Shulgin in his 20s, and was profoundly touched by their insights, reflections, and love story. He is honored to support their legacy as the Development Director with the Shulgin Foundation.
Doug Reil
Finance and Operations Director
Doug Reil is an organizational development and nonprofit consultant specializing in emerging healthcare, regenerative culture, and social justice. With 35 years’ experience in management roles at for-profit, non-profit, and start-up companies, he brings a whole-systems approach to supporting mission-oriented organizations. He is the former Publisher and Executive Director at the 501c3 North Atlantic Books and former CEO/Associate Publisher at Synergetic Press. In the cannabis space, he co-founded and as CEO, guided a successful launch at CannaKeys, which aggregates the science of cannabis and the endocannabinoid system for healthcare and led the cannabis compassion program, Mission-Compassion, which served low-income patients in the East Bay. He’s honored to support the Shulgin legacy as Director of Finance and Operations at the Shulgin Foundation.
Sasha Silberberg
Communications Support
Sasha Silberberg is a seasoned communications specialist in the psychedelic industry. She was previously Director of Communications at the MIND Foundation, a non-profit based in Berlin that is dedicated to psychedelic research and education. During her time at MIND, she served on their Executive Board and focused on strategic partnerships and communications. Before entering the psychedelic industry, Sasha was a Professional Matchmaker (yes, for love!) working with high-profile executives in the SF Bay Area. Sasha's work has been featured in Business Insider, Forbes, SFGate, and more.
Jasmine Virdi
Social Media and Marketing
Jasmine Virdi (she/her) is a writer, educator, poet, and activist based in Cyprus. Her writing centres on psychedelics, spirituality, Indigenous rights advocacy, and deep ecology and has been featured in DoubleBlind Magazine, Open Democracy, Science and Non-Duality, and Psychedelics Today, among others. She presently works for the Dutch non-profit OPEN Foundation, curating ongoing educational offerings for clinicians, researchers, and practitioners who wish to learn more about ethics and best practices in psychedelic-assisted care. Additionally, she oversees social media strategy and content for the Shulgin Foundation. Jasmine has an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology and offers private coaching and mentorship to clients. She is an advocate for decolonizing healing practices and integrates earth-based wisdom, trauma-informed approaches, and somatics into her work.
